1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FrontDesk DNA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

FrontDesk DNA provides AI-powered phone receptionist services, including call answering, appointment booking, and business knowledge management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4a. 7-Day Refund Policy

New subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of plan activation. The refund amount is calculated as:

Refund = Amount Paid − Usage Already Consumed − 20% Platform Fee

Usage already consumed includes all minutes, credits, phone-number allocations, and other raw resources used since activation, valued at our standard per-minute rate. The 20% platform fee covers infrastructure, payment processing, and return on investment costs that the platform incurs the moment a plan is activated.

If usage and the platform fee exceed the amount paid, the refund amount is $0. Gifted plans, add-ons, and one-time credit packs are non-refundable. After 7 days, refunds are at the sole discretion of FrontDesk DNA.

5. Limitation of Liability

FrontDesk DNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
